I bought a Dylan quad through Darren at the time back then. Great board. Darren had posted up a few pics of himself surfing his brother’s quad designs. Some of the lines he was drawing deep in the pocket and off the top was insane. Absolute powerhouse surfer. I was down south coast with a few of the peeps off here at the time it happened. The news came over the radio. It was horrible news to hear.
