To tell the truth eggs are one thing I avoid buying when I’m grocery shopping. So you may say I’m an intermittent egg buyer who usually lets someone else buy them.

Steve, why do they have a red vest in one heat, a blue in the other, but a white vest in both?

local point looking so pretty this morning.

having a nice watch: astounding how many (city) surfers cannot get to grips with high performance equipment and do the simple task of getting from a to b on a lined up point break. No projection, no line drive, no rhythm.

so many waves butchered.

IMHO, Hi per equipment generally doesn’t suit the irregular surfer, particularly when a minor mistake causes all speed to be lost.

"City surfers". Lol. Shit stirring.

BUT, I spoke to a few pretty good surfers about their experiences in the last run of swell and a few humbly admitted they were so tuned into average beach breaks that they felt they sucked hard in lined up good juice.

there's a big noticeable increase at the moment due to school holidays and the grom comp on here.

the lack of etiquette in the water always amazes me too.

like some dude will paddle straight up the inside of you then spin around on the next set.....and that shitt eating grin when I stare at him and say "don't bother mate, I've got this one".

I get so petulant when I'm at home on the school holidays and my wife is trying to organise stuff to do with the kids and I can't just say, Nup, I'm going surfing during these hours, on these days, you'll have to work around that. Instead, I get a bit pouty.

Even worse when I ask her what she wants to do and she says, No, I'll just work around the kids.

This gives me the shits big time. I would rather watch someone do nothing in rhythm with the wave.

Can you do nothing in rythym? Is that possible? I suppose it is.

For example:
" If a monk spews in the forest and nobody is around to hear it, is he really shitfaced?"
and,
" What is the sound of one Aldi scotch bottle pouring?"

A surfer parks. A non parker doesn't surf.
