So just drove around with a hangover looking at surf then.
Pretty much. Not much of hangover though. I've got a sore thigh for some reason. Might be the shoes I wore yesterday. If I was a bit younger and feeling like copping a few on the head I would have gone out.....if there wasn't a comp on.

Jeebus!

Been a few Tigers around. Gotta be the warmer water. Are the Tigers keeping the Whites away? Is it a good thing?
I very much doubt that, whites are probably a way off Sydney right now following the whales. I note there’s been some tags setting off Forster etc.

I dunno, like what can you do, bugger all really. It wasn’t interested in me that’s for sure.

There's always tags setting off Forster. There must be a resident shark that has tootled around the breakwater for the last five years. My brother in law lives there and it's a regular joke.

Article said whales were now breaking on the Gold Coast rather than further north.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

Whales are early this year. Seen a bunch already off Korffs and surrounds.

I've seen about a 14' tiger before. I doubt it was a good thing. But I'd prefer a tiger to a white.
Bethany might disagree but I get the point.

One of your home breaks has a big resident tiger, Jimmy.
Minibus big.

Sharks love those thermoclines.

So does this bloke

Yep. I know that guy. He's a local radiologist. Did a scan on my arm a year or so back. Told me he was one of those early morning kayak fishermen who go out from the Moffs boat ramp.
Told him he was mad, trailing bait and blood all over the place.
He laughed and reckoned he'd been doing it for years. Perfectly safe he said.
Not laughing now.

That shark or its mate frequent the headland pretty close in.

My local has banks. Actual banks. Pity they’ll probably get smashed by the swell tomorrow. Was glassy and fun this arvo.

There was also some east in the swell today, and the swell was on its way out, all of which seemed to help. Nulla beachies had some shape also
