Re: Kelly's wave.
The video of nick blowing his first take off is embargoed too.
Re: Kelly's wave.
Now that you have a bit of an in at kelly cranking wave pool, perhaps you could organize a realsurf bbq there and we could do our bit in return and review it on travel adviser.

Re: Kelly's wave.
oh ha ha ha as if.
other journos/media, let's see now: Chas, Rielly, Vaughan Blakey, Doherty, Chris Cote, Todd Prodanovich, Marcus Sanders, Jeff Berg (owner of Surfline.com), Pete Taras, Micah Abrams, Sal Masakela, plus Chris Mauro, Dave Prodan, Chloe Kojima and Sophie from WSL. Also Noah Grimmet who has been running the project since the start 12 years ago. Kim Sundell came along too and then took Blakey and Doherty to Vegas for what sounded like a hell time.

I think the pool crushed their spirits though. It might be why they're both wigging a bit on their site atm, That place can be cruel to people, it strips the surfing experience down to the bone. There's nowhere to hide.

The company, I couldn't give a rat's arse about them.
But when you give your word, dude. Then it becomes a matter of personal honour. What a gentleman does. And as the great Jessica Lange said about Liam Neeson in Rob Roy, “a man's sense of honour is a gift he gives himself”.
It is not as if there is a need to whistleblow about some dark corporate evil. It's a paddle pool.
