2-3 foot walled up fatties. Nothing special but still well worth a paddle. Surfed the 6'4 single.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

Got motivated and tried to outwit the road blocks to get down to the beach. Retreated after a couple of attempts and found plenty of parks at Bronte. Actually managed to snare a couple of dubious runners over the reef. Nice to get wet.

Im with you Trev. I would have been all over those waves at Cronulla. Pity I was too lazy to drive down.

Wish the south west winds weren't up this morning. There'd have been a bit more size and definitely more grunt a bit further south. That jibbon head must have quite a shadowing effect on south swells. Most of the size seems to make it into the top half of bate bay, but the sting has well and truly been taken out of it vs. what RNP, newy, south of jervis, etc cop

Yeah I got sucked in by swellnet, which claimed there'd be light NW this am, but it was just more S and chopped up. Not to mention the dead low tide meaning a close out inside and a burger outside behind a gutter

I was on the beach around mid morning and watched those banks for a while. there was a goofy absolutely getting an insane
amount of speed out of what appeared to be a board about 5'0 quite wide fairly rounded nose. made the waves look good and everyone
elses surfing look slow and dull, which was kinda what the conditions were dictating

Think I know the board you're taking about. Older tall bloke, on a grey board? If so, I had a look at the board when he came it. Mini Simmons type shape with channel bottom running about 2/3 the length of it, quad fin set right on the rails. Pig ugly board to be honest, looked like a mal cut in half. but it was sure fkng quick!

Took the day off to go surfing. Went to hit nasho but the road in at both ends was blocked off due to a road fatality. Then ended up back at nulla beachies mid arvo. Was fkng good actually. Glass clean 2-3 foot, and some really nice peaks coming through. heaps more shape and lip to it than yesterday. Took the twinny out and had a ball.

They forgot one a mate of mine uses. It's been raining, I don't want to get a sore throat.

I prefer the "I'm a sook and just too scared of big surf" line.

This is fcuked. Where's the 10ft+ promised? No way I'm going out until it's peaked, although I might have to do the soccer run.

Haha drove home via the beaches as usual and didn't see much. This arvo is supposed to pick up though I think, going by the forecast. Warilla had something breaking in front of the clubhouse. Port had bugger all and blown to bits as you'd expect. Mm clean as and about waist high
