Got a couple of Goddards with chines, very fast, and make it easier to get a wide deep concave board on rail.
Very good shaper.

Nice board. Bottom and rails are a bit like my Burton. His cathedral bottom has a lot of good things happening.

My brother has a Shane Spyder with chined rails and a beautiful swallow. First board I ever saw with carbon wrap on the tail.
So easy to put it on rail.

It's funny when you look at the guys that have been banging these shapes out for twenty plus years. Now everyone's on the bandwagon.

Outer Island 6.8 roundtail. Looks pretty good for $500.

Does anyone know where to easily get a surfboard box to pack a board bought off gumtree? do places like 'pack and send' carry them? I cant find anything online (that is useful). I'm looking at boards and sellers are willing to pack and deliver, but I cant find out where they get the packing material (just bubble wrap isnt enough)

cheers

If you send by surf cargo they stick it in a cover and the board sits on nice padded racks for the trip.
You need a seller who is willing to liaise with surf cargo and get the board to their truck.

I did try surf cargo, but he doesnt deliver anywhere near me. Closest he could manage was an hour's drive away from me and I would have to meet him on the highway on a work day as he drove past. Its still an option but I thought there might be something easier. Otherwise, yes, he would have been perfect
