Yeah I just went and had a look. Worse when you’re onsite. Left after about 15 minutes.

I remember watching an Air Comp at Bondi many years ago. All the big names were there and it looked twice as surfable on TV than live.

I was at the top carpark at Winki. Zero on the beach and rocks. Bugger all around the contest site. Just competitors and family/friends I reckon. It’s cold and shitty. It hasn’t really been advertised around here. I only knew it was on from what I read on here.

Bells is probably the worst spot on this coast for longboarding. Fat, slow and often bumpy. Stupid decision.

I mean it’s a pretty good gig considering they are usually wined and dined by the local tourism board.
Women’s final was a rip off. Alice was way better.
