in fact if you go look at the Surfline Sunset cam right now, the one in front of the spot, you will get a great remote education in how to position yourself in an 8-10' NW swell. You can either sit on the peak almost straight out, what they call the "west peak", or you can go sit way the fcuk up the reef, out of shot or almost out of shot to the right, on the north wall. There's more waves on the west peak but the bomb off the north wall slingshots you into that peak at speed, best shit ever.

There's some of the CT guys out there because they've gotta compete at Sunset in a coupla weeks, so it's worth watching them surfing tight in the hook while other people just sorta trim across holding on for dear life.

Gee, that’s a high quality camera at sunset.
Good to hook up to the telly while doing stuff around the house.

If sunset is like that for the contest do you think Kelly will ride a more traditional shape and constructed board?

If Sunset's like that for the contest, Kelly will get his arse kicked and it'll be one of the best events of the 2021 year

Got a few beaches at Maroochydore with my 500 new best friends.
Supposed to be NE wind but it was light NW and heavy rain so nice and glassy.

Godsave, I've been binging on Hinterland.
Some wild coastal scenes show up from time to time.
Not all that inviting.
Nice countryside though.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

Not yet mate. I’m 174cm and 74kgs though Boo will probably correct me. Haven’t ridden a twinny for ten years or so. Still would’ve preferred to get a Super Twin but it feels really nice under foot. Come to think of it. There was also a bunch of 20ish girls in tasteful swimming attire that cheered me as I came out of the water. And the lifeguard hi fived me as I ran past his tower.
