I really need some advice, I have too many boards. I want to sell a bunch of 2nd handies. I'll sell 'em for almost nothing really, I just want to get them out of my head and into someone's hands who'll ride 'em a bit longer.

I tried to give a board away here (to crabmeat) and nothing happened, it was a real lesson to me in giving shit away, people just don't value it.

I don't wanna spend weeks fending off idiots on some crap selling site, I thought of just taking a pic of all the boards and saying "OK I'm selling all these at $50 a pop, I'll be at this location for x number of hours on y date, come and take your pick". Would that work do you think? Any ideas?
Not taking the piss Nick but how long are some of your boards, I might take one for my son....
I’ll take two Nick! I’ll strap one to each foot

I'll get 'em all together and post a pic with various dimensions etc. You''ll have to show up on the day or send an emissary though 'cause I'm not organising any transport. Plus. cash only or visible account transfer (ie you do it in front of me and I check my account for it)

High quality boards from renowned shapers at good prices don’t last long on gumtree and eBay FWIW.

I would love to take some off your hands but Sydney and all.

Can you put a short article on coastalwatch to advertise your sale?
I imagine there’d be heaps of interest.

super easy to get boards from a to b using surf cargo.

non-issue.

you buy the board off Nick, ring up surf cargo.

he picks the board up from Nicks place and drops it at your place.

you pay him.

If Nicks happy to do that I will.

Yeah, easy for the recipient, but for Carrolltard, it means being home at certain times over who knows how many days. Agreeing to that puts him directly into the tard final

I have no interest in that stuff, maybe if I were selling a board of real value to someone who really wanted it, yeah

for instance: anyone wanna buy an authentic AB six channel hand shape? 6'3" round pin, complete with 80/20 AB fins.

I’m looking forward to the photo of this group of boards.

This is Damien Hopgood apparently. I'm pretty sure I've done this manoeuvre. I think it is a very good surfing photo.

Thought this was worth a repost.

I’m sad to read that John Shimooka has died. The Hawaiian who moved to Cronulla. Condolences to family and friends.
