btw look out trev! You've got early freight from La Nina coming in from the east late next week. Could be a long run of swell too.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

Had a watch of the Stab "This Mysterious..." about Harrison Roach noted longboard hipster trying to ride three HPSB from Pyzel (Ghost), JS (Raging Bull) and Lost (Driver).

Not sure what it proved bar Harrison Roach can ride a shortboard. If you have 20 minutes its on Youtube.

I am beginning to grow concerned for trev in this upcoming east swell event. It's really gonna swarm the SE Qld coastlines.

trev I demand that you check in with your Realsurf brethren every afternoon from next Tuesday onward. We can't cross the border to save you, but at least we'll know you're ok

Got out for a quick one then the wind cruelled it.
Not big but a bit of punch and line after line after line coming through.

I really enjoyed watching that thing at Straddie, boys throwing chairs at each other in the heats, really good commentary esp from Cooper Chapman from the ski, sharp, easy clear informative, and Occy just wigging out in the booth. It's not just being free of Turpel/Strider/etc. Just feels like Australians know what's happening in a heat better than anyone else.

One not so great aspect, big gulf between boys and girls, way bigger than at the CT double headers.

Still here. Just home from Noosa.
Only surfed Pussy Point but good fun.
Broke a fin though. Not even on the board. It just got turned over in the shallows and "Crack".

Didn't affect the handling though.
