Dunno, I can see some pretty compelling reasons to be living in Wales right now.

Right well I’m off to bed. I’ll be keeping everything crossed for you Sydneyites that the anticipated 1-2ft howling cross-shore Premier League conditions arrive as forecast. Night night

To tell the truth eggs are one thing I avoid buying when I’m grocery shopping. So you may say I’m an intermittent egg buyer who usually lets someone else buy them.

It’s the off season.

Though summer still offers an occasional south groundswell so it’s not game over yet.

Don’t worry, I’m sure once it’s pumping your local news source will make a big hullabaloo over it.

Photos of Wales remind me of westernport bay. You can get a photo of setups that look like perfect little waves, but the reality is slow and boring with long lulls.
Has its moments.

Well, here's the rub. There are guards at the entrance to Bendalong road off the highway, GUARDS, checking licences and rate notices so that if you are not a resident, YOU DON'T GET IN. All the holiday rental houses are empty. All the caravan parks are empty. The local shop is closed. There is nobody around. It's locals only and THE SURF IS FCUKING SHIT.

Chin up guys. Why not go for a nice scenic paddle while you wait for some swell to arrive? I’m sure something will be along in a month or two

Good to see I’m keeping you awake.

And yes wales surf looks a lot like western port.

Hardly surprising seeing as it’s shadowed from the brunt of any real swell.

I probably would ride a mal a lot more in Wales.

Be way more fun sliding those baby food peelers on a log rather than trying to do a turn, surely?

Pretty wild stuff, Duck. So everyone can get out for supplies I guess. You can entertain yourself monitoring Nicks latest surf prediction.
