Kracka's the best. But as with many things which are the best, they're also the most expensive.

It'll also take an age and a half to get a board, since they have a long back order list and a very precise manufacturing process which they refuse to rush.

I'm a bit surprised you're having trouble with a second hand racing board - 90 kg right? There should be a few around.

But what I would recommend is contacting Bennett's in Brookvale and asking about their Robustlite production boards -- they're much cheaper than a Kracka, they're really tough and hard to damage, and they've probably got a couple of 90kg boards sitting in the racks down there. Robustlite is made using a similar process to a Tuflite surfboard -- the boards aren't as quick and sensitive as a custom racing board but you won't tell the difference unless you're a bloody fast paddler with a lot of recent racing experience.

No, not right. Probably around 105kg at present.

Will need a year to save up, so time is no issue. No plans to ever to race, just want to paddle a long way out to sea and up the coast into the National park maybe. Was thinking of trying to get one made by a local guy who posts here occasionally but Bennetts sounds like the go.
Fcuk, get a ski. Way better for that stuff.

Standard dims ??

7’6 x 19 3/4 x 3 1/8 @ 53.4L

Thick foil up front, beak nose and all.

That thing will paddle into anything.

bit refined compared to those dims but not much.

Yeah I want it to be a paddler. Thats the whole point of the thing.
