wooden or fibre glassboard & travelling

Post by kjpwong » Mon Dec 27, 2004 9:10 pm

hey guys,
thanks for the 2 readers for helping me out in my last post.
several problems i have encountered lately:
i) what are the differences between a fibreglass and wooden longboard? what are the advantages and disadvantages of both of them regarding quality, features, noserides, durability etc.? are the wooden ones worth trying?

ii) is jackson surfboards shop down at sydney south worth looking?

iii) any tips for travelling with a 9' plus longboard on public transport and travelling on international flights with it? (fees, procedures, etc.)

cheers
kenny 8)
