Hi Fongs we've been making our own since 1998, it's called 'northern Light' and is of course bees wax based. In fact our recipes are the now well known bees wax and coconut oil waxes which can be found all over the place.. we invented it.

I'm just about to pour a new batch, at least when the ingredients arrive so I'll let you fellows know when it is ready. It's fairly soft when it goes on, at least above about 18 degrees, but hardens up as it reacts with salt water. I haven't used anything else for a very long time. The only drawback is that it does tend to get on wetsuits etc a bit.

Price is as cheap as we can make it without working backwards, will check with accountant/wife/photographer/.../.../...
