Ghost 12 footer

Post by Roy_Stewart » Tue Jan 03, 2012 12:47 pm

Here's the Ghost 12 on a couple of waves yesterday, it's quite a big change from the Earl with an extra foot and a half in length, three inches less in width, three quarters of an inch less in thickness, 3 pounds less in weight and 35 litres less in volume.

I'm going to stay on this board for a while in the hope of some cyclone swell size over the next two months.

Looks like it goes ok Roy. Fast enough to beat out sections, plenty of rocker so doesn't pearl and turns pretty crisply for a board of that size.

ps I've given Taylor Donald's contact info re the 13 footer..

cheers and happy (and prosperous) 2012.

Just about got air on some of the outside waves at the blowhole, the lumps and bumps were horrendous, yes that's the Rena just offshore from all our Bay of Plenty and Coromandel beaches, it's going offshore tomorrow but oil is hitting the beach tonight.

Hey Roy, you're missing some good stuff on skin cancer and sun screen over in the Tangents thread.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

Your slowly getting there Roy. All you need to do now is ditch the paralell nonsense , put some more flotation in the middle , and youve almost caught up to what the rest of the world has known for over 40 years
