I had the Vespa roundtail recommended to me by Paul when I enquired about a mat for riding smaller end of the wave spectrum with my size.
What 4gf mat are you riding and what's your stats?
I'm 100 kgs and just little shorter and the Krypt does well for me and can go as hard as I'm game to push it,
I like my 4GF round tail too it's smaller than the krypt but goes well.
Both 4GF and Krypt are happy to talk mats with you an i reckon both are value for money
Jaffa, I'm opinionated, and I'm sometimes right. So?

Scuttle Cuttle bid out flat and get your mat,
You won 't regret it, especially if it goes cheap, but hey you've alerted other potential buyers.
Coming soon to a beach near you the great RS mat off, sponsored by Retravision

I havent surfed my krypt mat for a while and I'm already missing it.
Theres nothing more fun that going bug-eyed from a burst of speed you never thought possible on a micro wave. Such a thrill on a nice lined up wave.
Hows everyone else going with their mats?

Been riding my MT5 Series III mat a lot. It is holding up really well. Keep it in the truck rolled up and ready to go. So easy to store a set of fins and the mat in the single cab taco.
Also been paipo a lot. Working on new flex model with Paul from Hawaii Paipo Designs.

This one is V1. Working on V2 which should be more mat like to have flex in the whole board instead of just in the tail and wishbone rails ala spoon.

Warm up? We've still got a couple of months cooling ahead
Water temp's been pretty mild over this way so far this year. I'm in my hooded vest, but not booties. That changes today though - if I get out of here early enough
