yeh it would be good to have a comp there becuase surfing rad waves that cyclops throw up and would get major attention.

as far a proper comp goes no way, its too short and hollow, u got a tiny window of break and its just drop in huge short barrel and out,

similar to the island in some respects but the island but the island is more 'rideable' and has alot more variety and u can actually do an air or spin. personally i would rather see hubb spin into surge and revers on the end section than see hardy drop into 10 foot cyclops for a 2 second section

and the CSIC is a part of the australian and world bodyboarding tradition[/quote]

it would be a joke.... the only good that wave is for is getting a few mad shots... there are more high quality slabbing waves then cyclops.

think about how long it takes to get there, how are they going to get the right swell, wind, hudges, and competitors out there it would cost a fortune

or maybe you should keep quiet.
remember when you could score that place with 10-15 other dudes max.
surfed twice there this weekend - was okay for a lil @ dawn - but then crews of 4, 5, just flowed it.

spoilt some fun waves.
