I've said this in another thread, but seriously mate spend the money and buy some T2's. They're the only fins that have never given me blisters/ulcers/cuts etc. They're made from silicone, not rubber so they don't wear on the feet. Worth the extra money they cost.

I know of others who use rubber fins and don't have any problems, but personally I tried Redleys, Blades, Churchills and even Tech Fins (T2's rubber cousin) and they all gave me grief.

That or some fin socks are the only real answer.

Stealth for the win. I have the black ones (dunno if there is any diff to the new colourful ones accept a couple of bucks) and they are perfect, i never need socks and get no irritations

I've got classy scars about 1cm thick across the top of both feet where the top of fins used to rub.

tape em up before you surf and they will slowly heal

Blades will make a mess of your feet. Wore them for years as a young kid, now i have some pretty nice scars on the insides and outside of my ankles.

try a strapping of leuko sport tape. Water resistant, adheres like a trooper and wont rub to peices.

cover the area and enjoy your sessions. Prevention is definately best, but if you get them, just man up, its only a slight sting

i put disinfectant on mine, twice daily. but that only seems to stop them getting worse. once they start it seems only a break of a couple of weeks heals them.

stop bodyboarding! I have one on the top of my foot that is turning four in a few months. just wont heal, I knock it everytime I take off. gets all seedy after a couple of days surfing. Apparently you have to get them cut out and get some stitches and stay out of the water if you want to get rid of them.
