I except the nomination, its up with my mini mal one. I had a cut foot walking out through the keyhole at lohis a few yrs back and realized it could mess up whole surf trip. Its pumping here today, so the single is back on the rack and the Black Beauty is under my feet. Neither of them modern day sickness ay, Tard nom no.3 right there.

Just get one. You surf Gold Coast, right? The black beauty eats those points. They go well at South straddie too. Had a 4 hr session on mine (when I still had it) mid last year. 4ft barrels on tap. Lost count of the how many kegs I got. Great in the tube and turn beautifully in the bowl. Seriously, just get one. You won't regret it

Defo what Hatchy said. Mine's a custom with six oz glass and a gloss coat but otherwise standard 6'6". To be honest I don't surf it much in oz but its a safe ride out here when things get serious, and its very good in chop. I know I know, there's another nomination for the nude nut right.

Are sanding lines in the rails of a board a sign of poor quality?

If you bought a custom and after the wide point toward the tail there're were sanding lines on both rails would you say anything to the shaper?

First and foremost ... the stick isn't full sick ... it need to be fully sick. Without that fully sicknessness it won't shred.

Shaping machine lines.

Looks like they are in the foam, but not the glass.

Custom you say ... not a hand shape I'd guess.
