I was gonna bid on that but missed the auction's end - too busy surfing the bumble bee out at the farm. Only three of us out at death, it cleaned up a little and we had one of those unexpected patches where wave after wave suddenly starts rolling through. I'm like you, Jet, have been pulling off my best turns since riding the BB. The farm's the ideal wave for bonzers, I reckon.

That is a bargain - I've seen a couple go cheap this week. Saw a mandala arc tail quad go for $160...holy cow, they're worth $1200 over here :-?

Saw a 6'8 Russ short on the gumtree today for $800 that lasted about fuck all minutes. I put it on the watchlist and the next time I had a check it was gone.
That 7'0 egg that was advertised is gone too.....
Seems as though everyone's gone bonzer mad....
Did anyone else see the Instagram post informing the world of Malcolm's break?

Smart move on his behalf getting his computer shapes sorted. Not sure whether he needs any new models personally as his range is pretty solid already.

For sure - what design would you like to see? I'd like a more refined style egg - kinda of like my MLV - but less nose for better waves.

7.2 egg - think speed and flow, high lines, big bottom turns, section connector, but with enough agility to punch off the top hard.

MC's suggestion for a one board quiver is an egg around 4 to 12 inches above your height - width and thickness to suit weight/age.

Can't go wrong with a good egg. I've got a 7' eggy quad which works crazy good from knee high to a bit overhead. Pretty much 98% of the waves I surf. Even though its 22" wide it takes a steep drop really well. I suppose it's not long enough or the nose to catch.

I remember looking at your egg when I picked my mini merk up last week.

Was really stoked with my board.

Yep, have a 7'2" speed egg. Also beautiful and sure of line in the barrel.

Beautiful mate!. Jealous as hell. How tall/heavy are you and how wide/thick is it if you don't mind me asking?

Please make sure you add some ride reports in here.
