New to Cronulla, been away from the board for a while

Post by trm85 » Mon Jul 12, 2010 2:41 pm

G'day all,

Been away from surfing for a couple of years due to a full shoulder reconstruction, but getting the itch to return to the water having just moved to Cronulla.

Just wanted to know if any locals have a suggestion for where I should start back out, chances are I'm going to be a kook for a while, so simple beachies will be the way to go.

Cheers,
trent

anywhere along the beach should be no problem, just avoid the crowded banks :) I think as far as city beaches go, cronulla is pretty laid back. Just avoid the point or island for a while, ok?

Move to the far south coast.
Live in the sunshine, swim the sea, drink the wild air.
