The vacuum cleaner unfortunately didn't come with the board
So i'm guessing now i actually have to start surfing

Been a while since i been on these boards, life just got hectic for a while i guess you could say.
Had a bit of time off surfing too which sucks. Went back out on the weekend past and had a great time in small conditions just messing around.
I just bought a 7s superfish 6'3 yesterday off a mate's mate. Brand new condition, no dings or marks at all. Couldn't say no to the price i got it for
Least on crappy days ill still be able to go out for some fun unlike before only having a couple of shortboards which was made for nice glassy waves.
Can't wait to give this baby a run.

ATM, think there was an ASL ‘review’ by TC a couple of years ago. I can’t expand any further, but Mr Carroll would remember for sure as he has a mind like a steel trap.AndyTheMan wrote:How did this board go??
Mate who is a shaper sees quite a few for repairs, had one in while I was talking to him Saturday. Said they are generally in for repairs around the tail area – swallow and tail rails generally probably due to over sanding. Not an uncommon probably irrespective of the place of manufacture.

It's trippy, for whatever reason, every time we take a superfish thing on the Board Test sessions, the surfers look at it and go "nahh" then take it out and go "yeah! Surprise! Fun!"
Always better than they appear, I guess is the seeming call.
Probly because the guys who design 'em are actually pretty good designers, they know they're not trying to make a super hi performance hell board but something that'll let anyone ride OK. (Even C'ess! We await your judgement.)
Can't speak for the long term durability of 'em but haven't seen any undue damage during the Tests, they seem nicely finished etc as they should be coming out of the Cobra factory.
