So had the day off to fit in seeing the Doctor to get the results of recent blood and urine test. Hatchie will be pleased to know liver and kidney function is fine. Cholesterol good. Blood Pressure pretty good too. Iron Good. Blood Sugar slightly elevated but it usually is. So I might cut down on dessert. Hip is on the mend since I changed shoes.

Same. My resting heart rate is 47 bpm.
