I must say I was sceptic. But, the French lawyer has eased my fears. Thank you. I'll take four. Bill the bank in NZ.

pretty good deal.
Great idea. Shame you can't put the lawyers fees on Joe Hockeys 20k write off.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

I just bought a better deal. 4.5k for a 1/60 share in a lodge in perisher valley. for that I can stay whenever I want all year round. I still pay for
accom, $30 a night in summer up till winter school hols, or 150 a week. kids half price. 7 nights peak season winter is $450 me and my daughter.
totally rebuilt lodge.bargain.

what are the waves like? Imagine the water might be a bit chilly.brendo wrote:I just bought a better deal. 4.5k for a 1/60 share in a lodge in perisher valley. for that I can stay whenever I want all year round. I still pay for

Kosciuszko National Park is fantastic in summer ... but fcuked if I'd stay in a lodge when there is fantastic camping to be had for less than $30 per night (free at the norther end). As for time shares in Perisher ... well its still time shares in perisher ... 4.5K + having to pay to stay ... 1 in 60 did you say ... oh dear, the skiing isn't that good.ctd wrote:what are the waves like? It's more upfront, and there are ongoing fees but if I had the spare cash I'd buy an onsite van down past Ulladulla. Whenever we go down that way it's always off peak season. Waves everywhere and hardly any crowds. Waves obviously aren't as good as Tahiti but they certainly aren't bad.
