Not as a health supplement but I had fun times as a young teenager making fireworks with magnesium powder. :)

Well you've convinced me to give it a try anyway as your symptoms described me to a tee!!! Did you used to also cramp up alot when exercising like surfing etc?

Did you also find your blood sugar level were all over the place (very up and down throughout the day)?

Did caffeine affect you a lot (more so than other people)?

The funny thing is, it is actually cheaper than the lesser quality stuff you can get any any chemist / pharmacy ... like, almost 1/3 cheaper!
Wingnut, where did you pick this brand up from? I can't seem to find it anywhere but online.

I've been into it for a while it works.

It can also cure sleep apnea.

i used to take m after surfing but more so snowboarding, they helped reduce pain and injury niggles for the next days riding. i also was taking zinc tablets, all they seem to do was give you massive loads. try it, your missus will look like shes been to a bukkake party   8)

Steve, I've ordered 120 tablets so when they arrive, I can split them into 2 packs of 60 and send you 60 of them. You can then just transfer (netbank??) the cash into my account. PM me your postal address and I'll let you know my bank account details.

I have a VISA debit. Works everywhere and the money comes from my bank account. The bank encourages you to use 'Credit' for transactions, but I always press savings. That way I don't think VISA gets a commish, which is probably the only reason it's available. 'course, sometimes you don't have an option - internet transactions for eg.

How do you top up Paypal if you don't have a credit card?
It's a long time since I used Paypal...
