Waves in the Gulf of Thailand

Does anyone know if there are waves on the east side of the Gulf of Thailand? I'm talking about South West Vietnam, Cambodia and south east of Bangkok, Thailand. Surely there has to be something from cyclones at some time. Any web-sites?

I've seen pics of surf in both Vietnam, and in Pattaya - but it was sub-knee-high slop
