I have a two year old Dell notebook (studio 17) with 4GB of RAM, Vista Ultimate 32bit, Fully licensed Office Professional 2007 that I want to swap for a netbook. I need a more portable laptop, as lugging a 17" laptop on the train is a little too much on a daily basis.

Will swap for a laptop with minimum 2GB RAM, with manufacturer software (must be able to reinstall it if necessary).
