Nick W- agreed, the question was a bitch for Imaginative journey's. how did you get around it? i said that speculation is important but also imagination and inspiration in an IJ is also critical. in summation- all essential in any form of journey.

1st- 8 pages
2nd- 8 pages
3rd- 10 pages

section one was a nasty girl. the most obscure questions i've ever seen. hahha i wrote 5 pages for the last question in section 1 too make up for my shitty responses to the other one's.

welcome to Modules gentleman:

2 hours of hand cramping hell and they can throw everything bar the kitchen sink at ya.

im punching out:
BNW & BLD
Yeats (fuck that....they can ask for any poem so you basically have to know them all)
Frontline

plus im stapling 10 bucks to my booklets for the marker so he/she can go get wasted after they read my dribble on Post Colonialist theory and how the truth is a subjective commodity.

anyone do Modern History? fark im farked for this

f**k a duck... for the first time ever i cracked 6 pages for an essay and thought i was killing it. however i do have small writing compared to the way most write in exams - large and illegible. i seem to get about 10 words to a line.

anyhoo, 2 down 4 to go, today i managed:

1: 5 pages (2 full pages for last question!) hoping for about 13/15
2: 6 pages, i reckon i nailed that one - would be expecting 14 or 15 outta 15
3: managed 6 1/2, thought i had some solid material. whoever reckons night before study is shithouse, i decided on, watched and wrote my first notes for my related text (truman show... some gold notes i got in front of me. PM me if youre keen for them for next years hsc). hoping for a 12-13 outta 15

not keen on modules. in the trials (without study) i think i got 10/20 for lear, 11/20 for history and memory (50th gate) and 17/20 for in the wild (wordsworth/malouf)

faaaaaaaaaark me sideways, im screwed!

Halfy, I contended that speculation was critical as it lead to enlightenment, which was the greatest part of the journey. So pretty much, speculation is second to the enlightenment.

When I saw those questions in the readin time..

I almost cried..

I had a sick creative response planned..

All about me going to hospital...

That questioned fudged me up though..

Ended up witing a Euology for my old man, and reccalling war stories or someything..

The Essay I did 1 and a half booklets (12 pages)

Took me 50 mins though..

But I finished with time up my belt..

Not its modules to worey about

David Williamson, The club
Peter Wier, Witness
Scott Monk, Raw

Then Maths
Modern History
Retail
Food tech

THEN SCHOOLIES...

yew....

But I am getting drunk tonight in a celabratory fashion...

First exam down..

5 To go

Good Luck ya'll

dude i know!!! i had a pre planned response that could be moulded to basically any form...but that gay intro made me go on this hell tangent for 3 pages and i missed my main point haha..Mine involved an inner journey while venturing to Chopes...which was pumping haha loved it.

aiming for 12 for that bit.

10 for the eassay.

As if the story was hard for the chopes story, have the guy telling his final story as the guy that surfed chopes.

My story was an imaginative journey and i made it about john lennon doing LSD and writing Lucy in the Sky of Diamonds.

Worked well.

yeah mine was about global warming and the drowning of this island. its kind of a physical and inner journey and there was an old man in it so it couldnt have worked out better.

watching abc news last night, they had this thing about students who use lucky charms. This one guy had a heap of rings and watches and stuff, then said he studies 10 hours a day, unfathomable.
