Sunday - Took the kids to the zoo, then back to the ex's place, got drunk & screwed her brains out again

Kids are an optional extra, I'm over being with her, but I still enjoying hanging out with her kids and they like doing stuff with me. Its kinda like re-living your childhood with 2 little friends in a way.

They're only 6 & 8, but its cool to do stuff with them. Since I spent most (well all) of my twenties out of my tree, its good to get back to some normal fun & I find kids are the best as they are honest & aren't afraid of telling it like it is.

p.s. Oh yeah, muscles extra sore as I went to the gym on Friday morning as well

Goin spearfishin and climbing this weekend.
There is an amazing climb at the joey called Marsupial Smearer (grade 18+) with a a wicked wall and evil undercling overhang. Fully intend to crack this one on lead tomorrow.
Maybe will get out on mountain bike too
