I'm pretty sure everyone has had it at one stage. For those who have no clue what I'm talking about, it's diarrhea caused by pre-surf anxiety. Not a pleasant experience.
I know right now as I'm writing this topic (10:40pm), my stomach is getting knotted. Wind direction set to switch westerly, solid NE swell and a whole bunch of new banks created after a week's solid onshore mush. This can only mean one thing for me tommorow morning.
The stuff we endure for our sport...
the early morning runs (no relation to running!)

Mate, I saw this foul looking human poo last monday.
Walked up to the end of this tiny track to put my towel out of the rain and there it was, a poo staring at me.
Maybe it was good luck, surfed the point that day, all to myself and not a single person in sight. When I left around sunset, still not a single person to be found :)
But anyway, getting back to the topic here. I'm not game enough to let my bumcheeks touch beach toilet seats. I'd rather painfully squat or wait until I got home. Yeh, call me a pussy or whatever but the amount of ppl who don't bother lifting up the seat and end up missing is prolly phenomenal. Yeh and no doubt I'd be guilty of that once or twice.

hehehe what a funny thread!
Every time before i go surfing i get a bit anxious, feel a bit weird in the stomach but nothing major and i go straight out always.
I usually wake up in the morning and take a shit before leaving the house to go for a surf, it sux feeling bloated for any reason when you are out doing a sport.
As for pissing... gots to love peeing in the wetty!
