What a joke waiting for snapper to turn on with 3-4 foot east swell, 9am high tide, and a northerly seabreeze expected.

Looking at a cam, Snapper seems to be deteriorating into waist high mush.

Dbah looked like loads of fun this morning. I guess it doesn’t have the same appeal in terms of a finishing venue.

There are other political reasons why they sought a Snapper on Sunday finish Jim.

Qld government funding?

Steve, where is the border? I thought it was the Tweed River?

Edit, just googled to see the border between Snapper and Duranbah

The River originally defined the borderline but the breakwater created Dbah....plus reclaimed land inside the rivermouth. The Tweed w old sometimes pop out at Rainbow or as far south as Fingal. Imagine if they had a sandspit out to Cook Island.
