Is that the 2nd time you've brought that up? If it wasn't you, maybe someone else. He has a commitment to the Comm Games? If he does, that's astounding given the timing. Maybe he thought the comp would've been done by now or didn't expect anything other to have been personally finished. Still .....

Seems like a suntard conspiracy theory

Well at least the waves look better - Owen opens with a 4.83 and Mick with a 5.33. Now a 7 from Mick and the little fist pump at the end of the wave.

They are both sponsored buy Rip Curl and FCS so I would expect that Owen was under instruction from his sponsors.

Going out with a whimper.

You aren’t the room Yuke You are just a wonky cafe table with a missing rubber pad on the end of one leg.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

WTF was Mick thinking by letting 2 or 3 decent waves go in the last few mins?!!

Maybe the thought that he would be leading the ratings if he won rattled him.

Mick did not go to the Commonwealth Games opening ceremony, and the surf was much better today than yesterday, which is why the event was postponed till today.

Sorry Steve, I can't take contests seriously, tried watching the contest for the first time ever, found it boring, prefer watching free surfing, just don't get contest surfing. I can get contest surfing, just can't get how you could get excited watching it. Each to there own. :-)
