RIP Bill Wallace

Post by Trev » Sun Sep 03, 2017 9:46 pm

Bill was 91.
He was one of the original Brookvale Six featured in Men of Wood and Foam.
I curse their head & all the hairs of their head; I curse their face, their brain, their mouth, their nose, their tongue, their teeth, their forehead, their shoulders, their breast, their heart, their stomach, their back, their womb, their arms, their legs, their hands, their feet & all their body, from the top of their head to the soles of their feet, before and behind, within and without

Yeah my first board was a Wallace too. 7 foot pintail with a thick "pod" , with a double glue up ..an inch apart and a paisley cloth fin too. It had amazing rocker that was almost ridiculous. That was 1967 and it cost me 35 bucks second hand from Bennetts..in their old red brick shop.. before the Dion days
