No Shaun.....But after summer watching SUPers plying the Mighty Tallebudgera and Currumbin Creeks I am more pleasantly inclined towards them.......in still waters.

In the surf they make goat boaters look core.
They are the most infuriating devices ever devised to harass the surfing population.

I think the most infuriating devices in my experience so far would have to be the wonderful jet ski and the 'thunder cat' small twin hull inflatable with a monster outboard motor. You can really enjoy your surf session when one or two of these things come out to play. And they just love being told to F**k off. Their operators - though of small brain capacity-have invariably worked out that a bunch of surfers sitting on unpowered floatation devices are no match for their fuel guzzling power machines. A bit like a bicycle rider getting the shits with cars. You aint ever coming out trumps when you argue against mass and velocity.
