A mate of mine with connections told me outright NOT to buy a certain board with high falutin 20% lighter 20% stronger salesman pitch as the tech was having serious problems.
Qld label, made in Thailand, now going at least 20% to 30% off the original silly asking price.

You'd think they'd test them out for a year or something with their team riders first huh?!.

Surely they would've picked up on production issues then? Or maybe they were happy they got the tech perfect? Designed to fail after 6 months?! Lol

Really, it's a great business model. It's a product people readily but knowing there's absolutely no warranty whatsoever. A bad run is just bad luck for the people who have bought them.

To be fair the guy said they were working on the problems and seemingly sorting it, but the first few runs had issues with a lot of denting in short periods and some boards creasing in tiny surf.

I felt a couple up on the weekend. They feel brittle in your hands compared to dynocores or even ff from Hayden

2 years of free surf trips for some pros and the owners of the brand.

You'd have much better chance of getting a refund from Microsoft. Taking a surfboard back because it failed within 3 months? Haha good luck
