All a shark knows is, if it's moving, it's alive and therefore probably a meal. I doubt if the size or shape matters much. They'll eat anything from a dead (gulp) Mullet to a Whale.

Nah. F***n sharks are dumb prehistoric fish and will basically eat anything given evidence of the shit that can turn up in there stomach contents. Our closer mammalian friends such as killer whales have a reputation for only eating parts of southern right and humpback tongues as the delicacies. Or so the story goes with Eden's famous KW Old Tom who helped round up whales for the only land based whaling operation known. His paycheck was in whale tongues. Fortunately KW's don't appear to have the same indiscriminate appetite for anything that is in or upon the sea as sharks seem to do.There is some strong evidence that KW's don't mind doing a bit of culling of the occasional GWS they come across as they recognise them as dangerous predators of their young. Maybe they really are smarter than us?

I know I know.(didn't know he had a vengeful cat though? Now that's worrying) But he should watch that shark karma bitch thing. How embarrassing would it be to get chomped after sticking up for the members and associates of the 'Ballina 7'.

I suppose that would depend on whether you judge smartness by a creature's killing instinct.

OK then, the circumstances are you are diving with a friend, you have a power head and you are very skilled with it, gws is about to have your mate for breakfast. Do you kill the gws with the power head or let the gws devour him?

Most humans are pretty good with the concept of abstract thought, but, obviously, Realsurf has a number of exceptions. I must say that Fongs seems to have no problems in this regard

Is his wife hot? She would need consoling if he died. But then on the other hand if he owed me money, I'd need him alive.

This is quite a dilemma.
