That is unconscionable. I wonder if he had been eaten whether his dependants could have a case to sue...........Not so far-fetched considering a current local case of an injured hang glider pilot who is poised to sue Pittwater Council because they didn't put warning signs on the Mona Vale/Warriewood headland! This is a headland that has been the launching point for hundreds of hang-glider flights over the last 20 plus years!

Water photog was at the end section right? Would have been faster for him to swim to the rocks than out to the boat or ski... Plus water craft were pretty busy getting to the guy who was actually tangled up with a shark not tending to some dude hundred meters or so down the line and close to shore.

That hang glider tho... Good luck getting any cash... As if council should be responsible for putting up signs saying 'trying to fly off cliffs using pieces of cloth and strings is dangerous'.

So my theory is the dead whale near Coffs drew sharks from far and wide.....and they are now dispersing.......but I heard on the radio they were saying the increased nutrients from farm runoff was killing heaps of river fish so they were being washed out to the mouth of the river.

Maybe they are creating a shark caliphate.

Passed them at close range. They all saw it. people on the beach saw it.

pretty spooked. Wife banned her from surfing yesterday, which turned out to somewhat prescient considering the amount of sightings.
