Its been percolating for some time now.
The Maldives is a fantastic place and the people are quite amazing, not to mention that there's some world class waves (regardless of Shearers assumptions). Oh, and the diving and fishing ain't so shabby either.
The ruling party are a worry. People tend to disappear or run for their lives when confronted with evidence of their dissidence.
