Bali announces it will open up to international tourists on September 11.
If you can get there wonder if Gladys will by then be making you pay for the 2 week iso hotel stay upon return?
And how much the flights will cost?

Wasn’t aware until yesterday there’s actually a ban on Australians leaving Australia currently.

Oh yes, almost impossible to get permission to leave (weddings and even funerals don't make it) plus the long queue for expats/travellers to come back here.

It really is coming Fortress Australia.

Watched Occ Casts with Curren and Slater. Interesting juxtaposed against each other. Curren is starting to look increasingly like HG Nelson. Nice end when they went roller skating together.

I couldn’t find a COD. Just said he was in a coma, then passed.

Derek felt a bit unwell and drove up to Wahiawa hospital where he underwent tests, they found he'd had a major heart attack. He slipped into a coma and died late this afternoon HI time.

How old was Derek Ho? I wonder if he had a history...or family history. Doesnt matter, really sad..just a reminder to we older Realsurfers. My Cardiologist is a surfer and has only one goal..to keep me in the water as long as possible.

Far out. Very sad news. Ginge had a similar experience with a better outcome recently according to the paper.

55 I think I read.
And yeah, I surf with a mate who's just a month younger than I am at 72.
He's had the heart ops and his specialist says, your heart is a muscle. Keep exercising it. Keep surfing.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.
