Anyway - looking for some help here, I've just dived into some hard training again following a cruisy two months post Molokai and I am very sore indeed. Really sore on some points. Specially the ends of longer muscles.

My energy levels are pretty high and not a concern but the soreness is a bit more than I'd expected. Any ideas? Can't involve drugs.

Haha. You know more about muscle recovery than most on this site. You expecting a panacea? Roll a scoob and have sex. Your longer muscles will feel better.
