I live here because it is one of the most consistent and consistently high quality sub-tropical surf zones on earth.

And very high biodiversity.

I don’t buy the high biodiversity as a top 3.

Why? Because you’d not live near an airport if that was the case.They have a significant impact.

I’m saying if Biodiversity was such an important factor in where you reside it wouldnt be in a town that supports an airport.

Airports have monumental impacts on the environment and biodiversity.

However, if you can ignore that fact then great.
