Left around 1pm and some bombs started to come through as I was leaving. Had to get the little guy home for his arvo nap ! It was probably as clean as I've seen it although only been down there half a dozen times.

I was there watching later in the afternoon around 3pm onwards. It was one of the most exciting displays of surfing I have ever seen, and such a great vibe with the natural amphitheater on the rocks. There were 50-100 people hooting and whistling on the best ones, it was such a good time. I didn't regret not surfing that afternoon at all!

How did that fella pull up that got hit in the head by the lip? There was probably a few of them but this guy got utterly axed. It was on the news today...

It was old mate at 4.38 who got hit by the lip. Surely he must have been close to being knocked out yea?

Yeah, I thought I saw a clip-so many last weekend, can't remember which- where boogers mixing it up with standups.
