Are saying the photo is fake or the news report? Also, there are 1000's of crocs, bullsharks and national voters floating down in the muck.

I'm at maclean, and they've said we'll peak at 3.2 mtres. If that's the case yamba will stay cut off for a while, but shouldn't get inundated. I sent a text to a mate this morning and haven't heard from him ... Maybe the phones are out?

The whole story is fake. So I'm told by Mrs Fluffsta. I would have believed it though..

That story about the young boy rescued while his mum and older brother were washed away in front of him is moving me to tears everytime I think about it. Soooo hard core. Good luck little fella.

We may have the food, money and power, but we can never match the third world for natural disasters!

Just when Australia thought they'd won the gold this year for the "floods event", Brazil bitch slaps us and presents:

http://www.smh.com.au/environment/weath ... 19osn.html

They also have a pretty good soccer team.
If it feels good, do it.

Sorry, I've got nothing of value to add. Thought an attempt at humour might not go astray.

Bloody oath. That story is just fkd. The poor bloke trying to save them is a mess. How would you be? Standing there with the saved kid while his family gets swallowed up just metres away. I keep thinking that surely something could have saved them.

Piss off Dino.
Charity begins at home.
We KNOW some of these people.
Just like we did in the Victorian bushfires.
Your comment is offensive given the amount of aid Australians give overseas.
