So after 10 pages we've decided to not change a thing.

Somewhere in my ranting s there might be some info that someone might take onboard. I really does come down to how bad you want it though. Since I've been in Melb I tend to put on a few kgs over winter, snowboard a lot but no surfing, around September I get annoyed with myself and clean up my diet and don't drink for a couple of months, I'm always training but the diet is the key part.

The short of my story is:
- Live as close as you can to how a caveman would have (will make sense if you read my supplements post from a little while back).
- If you want to train for surfing, copy surfing, if you can't go surfing
