Logged on to watch Jordi's heat and think I only missed one wave.Apparently the best barrel of the event. Even though it was a bit jumpy still pretty shithot to be able to watch surfing a couple of thousand k"s away live, instead of waiting for the competitors to get home or near a phone.

This is the best highlights package I have seen released yet. Looks like it was mostly shot from the boat in the foreground of the webcast vessel. Some epic footage here of Spot X

Pretty intense.

You think they might have censored him giving away the name of the spot.

Oh well, I don't think they will be seeing me out there.

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

yeah I think there was a cut before that because he said the real name, then they settled on Spot X, but yeah Olds - probably wont be taking the missus and kids to the nearby resort for that one. I'll go take my lumps with 20 guys to a wave at Bingin like a good chap :)

What a wave. The day 2 post surf event looked more to my tastes and abilities - just a flawless offshore barrel. Video even had a paddle in surfer albeit he ate it on every wave.

I just checked the chart bathymetry around Spot X, very similar to Dungeons. This place looks like it can handle a lot more size - 60 foot plus. Lets bring the 'biggest waved surfed' title from the kaffar bashers back to Oz next winter :D
