Sinnus infections respond to antibiotics.
But then, Tylenol for Sinus does the same thing.. Available over the supermarket counter in Canada.

Ever get to Malacoota, steve? I've been a few times, but yet to get the point on. Was there last year. The new boat ramp was complete. One local said on a big swell the point is better than it was, yet it hasn't achieved the objective of safer boat launching/retrieval
Talking of boats, I just received my Exemption 38 qualification in the mail. I could now tie up skip's boats with confidence. Aye aye, skipper

So it's a bacterial infection? I still side with beany's doc. He can drink and he can surf. Needs to toughen up

Quit dick swinging on Lennox Steve. I avoided it back then because of the rock off, but after having surfed a mix of reefs, with sketchier rock offs it's no longer the concern it was, although admittedly still daunting.

Yes, We're probably defining "consistency" differently. I'm talking about "reliable". For example, how often on the Gold Coast have you looked at the horizon and watched swell moving up the coast, with none of it coming in? The Sunshine Coast is even more useless in south swells, thanks to the bay islands. Tweed through to Ballina are more consistent of course. And the general coastline up there is more affected by winds, how often have you been skunked on winds up there? The coastline south is much more varied, with a more reliable mix of options in varied conditions. From tiny to huge, swells or winds running this way or that, the varied southern coastline can typically (and reliably) always offer up "something" even if the quality isn't as stellar.

Not toughening up....just not very nice at work coughing up flem and sneezing great lumps as well. This isn't constant just regular and it's gone on for at least a month. Doc got me to get some Nasal spray for hay fever. Seems to have had some effect.
Half of work has had it. I purposely have avoided going to the doc about it to see if I could shake it.

is this a short, medium or mal?
I can't imagine a grown man child getting any joy trying to ride knee high closeouts on a short board.

I took a shorty out for the first time in ages on Monday for that left in the Sth corner on high tide, waist to shoulder on sets, then Tuesday the mal out at about midway up on occasionally clean knee high runners. Then paddled up to north corner for the exercise and a change of bank and suffered the worst cramp attack ever in both legs straining a paddle in, and my calves still feel like they've been crushed between two tugs.

I have no idea what the E38 is swiv!
But if you can lash a line around a cleat in figure 8's without bending down lasso style, you're on your way.
It's more fun tooling about in them though.

Never been Vic, heard the flathead fishing is pretty all time in the inlet. Wouldn't mind checking it out one day.

Iggs, no dick swinging here, you started it and keep leading with your chin. Don't be surprised if you keep getting hit.

Well skip....it's my new 7 footer. Quad. I was going to take my 8'. Then I thought I'd hit the corner as per what you did...but when I returned with my board it wasn't doing it. Thought I saw a little bank hidden under the close outs in the middle....which there was. Still have the odd day when it's not crowded and just paddling out and snaring a couple puts the world back together. It's easy to just get out of synch with the water when you're busy.

Also I'd rather find out how my new board handles sketchy take offs when there's no consequences rather than blow some good waves and/or screw up a couple of people in the process. Looking good.

Come on Steve you can't stop now.

we were comparing consistency of the Ballina stretch with Sydney and Iggs uses the Sunshine coast to bolster his argument.......that's leading with the chin.
