Re: Where did you surf today ?
Thanks 'boo she did. It turns out that the MRI scan was clear but someone scheduled an Ultrasound for March instead of September so Mrs Cranked went into meltdown thinking the specialist had found something on the MRI and scheduled an Ultrasound to confirm.
It didn't help that the first time she queried it they wouldn't help, just told her to keep her appointment in April.
So now at 5 years cancer free she's officially beaten some very scary odds (24 in 25 dead within 2 years of diagnosis), made history in Oz and given the liver cancer team at UWA a feather in their academic caps (her surgeon is head of the school and chose radical surgery)

Re: Where did you surf today ?
Fcuk yeah. Mrs Cranked, not being very statistically minded, had no confidence in her cure until at least 5 years had passed.

Re: Where did you surf today ?
I had a really good massage, still got the bruises to prove it. It brought temporary relief.
Maybe I've got some whiplash from that bike crash. I'll go to the hospital and they'll probably do some scans.

But this whiplash thing, no-one has told our government yet so its still a thing
It seems to match my circumstances pretty well.https://www.healthdirect.gov.au/whiplash
Whiplash is an injury to the muscles, tendons and other soft tissues of the neck. It is caused by a sudden and vigorous movement of the head, sideways, backwards or forwards.
Whiplash injuries are commonly caused by:
motor vehicle accidents
a sudden blow to the head from contact sports such as rugby or boxing
being hit on the head by a heavy object
a slip or fall where the head is jolted or jarred.
Whiplash occurs when the neck is moved beyond its usual range of movement, which overstretches or sprains the soft tissues of the neck (tendons, muscles and ligaments). This causes pain and discomfort in the neck and shoulders and may also cause back pain.
Pain from a whiplash injury often begins 6 to 12 hours after the injury. Many people feel uncomfortable on the day of the injury or accident and find that pain, swelling and bruising increase over the following days.
Whiplash symptoms often greatly improve or disappear within a few days to weeks. It may take longer for symptoms to completely disappear and some people experience some pain and neck stiffness for months after a whiplash injury.
You should see a doctor if you have had a motor vehicle accident or an injury that’s causing pain and stiffness in your neck.

Re: Where did you surf today ?
Whiplash only exists in parasitic compensation cultures like yours and mine. In countries where no money is available, post-accident neck pain doesn’t appear to exist at all. So-called whiplash is entirely self-reported and absolutely undetectable in scans. I’m not saying you don’t have a mild neck strain or maybe some referred pain from your spine. But it isn’t whiplash because whiplash doesn’t exist

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

Swellnet reporter has been undercalling the ballina report all week.
Not sure what beach he observes if any.
Been great waves everyday, plenty to go round.
Long may it continue.
