I’m more interested to know Shearer’s thoughts on his new employer showing his home break in their FB ads?

Pambula. Fun as. First time I’ve surfed it. Kinda breaks like the mid section of greenmount. Reckon it’d go nuts on a decent sized swell

I still don't buy the "official" narrative about 9/11. Oh sure, it happened, fcuk yeah. But who and why and how I'm, not convinced it was what we've been told.

See the upside down trampoline in the what are you doing now thread steve. 75mph gusts night before last. Oh and you’re wrong about the swell

Really?

I see gale/storm force N to NW winds on the synoptic and ASCAT passes.

how does a North wind generate swell for a south facing swell window with Ireland blocking every thing seawards and westwards of that?

Or are you surfing the Irish Sea windswell?

We’ve just had that storm come across us. It was 6m on the buoy yesterday, 4.5 today. Rest of the week is smaller but still ok before going flat on the weekend

Well since 9am today it’s been at 295-315 degrees with a 28-41 degree spread. Yesterday was more like 250 degrees with a 14-28 degree spread. Hope that helps

????

Everything from 230 westwards looks completely cock-blocked by Ireland to me.

Any photos?

I make the southern tip of Ireland about 360 k's from Llangennith, and its definitely south of due west.

does it wrap in ?

I know a guy who got heavied by locals he knew down there for exposing the break back in the 80s. He had got a photo he took of the rivermouth going off framed and displayed on his wall. A visiting surf photographer took a photo of the photo and published it in a surf mag.
