It was more likely to be a board tail or fin in the teeth than a g string.

Apparently I dodged a barrel today by not angling my takeoff. That's what someone in the water told me anyway.

I should transfer this to the Who Are The Worst People thread.
I hate people who fancy themselves as amateur surf coaches. I heard a guy tell a bloke his board was too small and he should be riding fishes, like the one he was apparently ripping on (he most definetly was not) What a cock. Mind your own business nob jockey.
Last couple of surfs at Curly. Meh.

Haha, guy at the pass today was paddling back screaming about people not looking. Was a huge rant that kept going on and on. So much anger in his face too.
Then I saw him surf a wave, lol.

Had a most excellent duck diving session in the arvo. So much easier than duck diving at my local.

Checked a few spots this morning, all way too straight so ended up at North Steyne. Appears everyone else also headed there, crowds (even on the Manly scale) were stupid.

I also found the surf a bit fat and weak. It didn't look it from the shore but it was. Banks have been the worst for at least 5 years maybe 10
Longy and DY thin on crowds. The 4/5ft straight handers keeping the summer crew off

I'm stuck surfing on the NBs tomorrow as I've got a party thing later at newport.
South swell 4-5 foot. Curly sucks, wobbling garbage, /\ DY/LR straight handlers, what's fkn left, warriewood ??

Was thinking RP (fun wave) but from what I've seen and surfed of it, the swell needs to be BIG for it to work ? And LA is just too hectic, crowds out even if it's pus. Circa 75 I might've been into it.
Will check DY/Longy first, and if it's shit look elsewhere

Try Manly on your Twinnie. DY point was ok

Manly would be comparatively small. DY point would be fun but fk the crowds. Lefts off north end MV or is the swell too south ?
