Caught a couple before the tide dropped. Conditions marginal.

Well despite the world falling apart, I surfed Beacon this morning in dense fog. Couldn’t see the beach so holding your position was extremely difficult. Fun size, glassy and uncrowded. Rode the Ghost. Life goes on.
Good onya, BA. Seems you have a fair chunk of life in your favour these days

I surfed Steamer Lane on dusk yesterday. Felt very edible with the oily-smooth water, kelp, seals and fading light.

The swell was 2ft and weak but I had a window in an otherwise fairly shitful week and I surfed my new Christenson 7'6" single. Really nice feel to it, it definitely rewards clean lines and subtle movements.

Off to Hawaii tomorrow for a week, hopefully get a couple of surfs in. Got a site visit at Sunset

North end of Werri Beach. Somewhat wind protected, peaky fun sized rights and lefts, uncontested, only three out.

Fun little rip bowl rights last two mornings.
Hour by myself each and get out as the hordes descend.

State Titles finals on at South Bondi when I had a walk along the beach. Absolute rubbish even by Bondi standards.
Ended up grabbing a share board up the North End and paddled out.

Just came in from a second session out there again. Kinda lumpy and a little wind effected but still some good shape and decent rights. The rights were a bit of a sprint run but the lefts running back into the reef had a nice lip to belt on your backhand.

Santa Cruz. Not a fan of surfing here at high tide as getting in and out is sketchy but it was decent 4 - 6 foot of swell

It’s a bit of fun on a mal. We were staying directly in front of there. Could check the surf from the balcony.

Yeah, people must get smashed sometimes. Jump off out the end looks okay though. Guess you could always paddle down to Cowells.

I was at Pleasure Point but it's pretty much the same. I've had some decent dings from this place in the last 3 years with boards getting smacked into rocks/stairs from waves coming in

Once on a big day I paddled all the way from Jacks to Privates to get out safely - it was going with the current so while a long paddle was not too difficult
